Debbie Cregan of Santa Barbara, CA is the Program Coordinator for Youth For Human Rights International in the Santa Barbara and Ventura area. Long involved in local non-profit work, Debbie became the coordinator for Youth For Human Rights since 2013 and now organizes volunteers to bring human rights education to children in her area and beyond.
