Noal McDonald, a seasoned professional in human resources and CPA firm management, has worked with a broad range of companies and industries, both internally and in her own consulting practice. Her CPA firm experience includes the roles of COO, Firm Administrator, HR Director, and Marketing Director.

With Mark H. Fowler, who is the creator of the S.H.A.R.E™ Tools, she is a co-author of Revolutionary Conversations – The Tools You Need for the Success You Want. As a Co-CEO of Revolutionary Conversations, LLC., she develops and delivers courses and workshops for corporations to enhance engagement, create collaborative cultures and improve employee performance. She is passionate about creating working environments that encourage everyone to thrive and helps organizations maximize the knowledge and abilities of people at all levels of the organization, focusing on the strengths of individuals and teams.

In her own consulting practice, Ms. McDonald works directly with senior management to develop and implement effective HR strategies to improve recruiting and retention, increase engagement, develop talent and ensure legal compliance. She provides a full spectrum of HR services for multiple industries, including professional services, manufacturing, not-for-profit, and retail.

To compliment her HR expertise, she is a certified Strengths Finder coach, helping individuals, teams and organizations maximize their potential. Using the Strength Finders assessment, she helps individuals develop their unique strengths to achieve their business and personal goals. For new managers, the assessments and coaching help them develop leadership skills and build effective, interdependent teams. At the organization level, building a Strengths-based culture creates a high level of engagement and retention, as each individual can contribute their best every day.

Ms. McDonald holds a master’s degree in organizational management (MAOM) and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR and SHRM-SCP).
